Earlier I had mentioned about a web based tool called InfoEncrypt that easily encrypts your message online so that you can send it securely to your friend over web. InfoEncrypt really helpful but only for encrypting small files or messages. But, what if you want to send large files or group of files that are very confidential without the risk of someone intercepting your email and reading your files? That's where Flexcrypt Folder becomes handy.
 Flexcrypt Folder is a free software for windows that encrypt files or group of files or folders with password protection. Encryption is based on AES 256 Bit.
How it works?1.Download the Flexcrypt folder here.  2.After installation is over, just highlight the file or group of files or folders that you want to encrypt and right click on them, you will see the context menu.3. Then select Encrypt using FlexCrypt Folder, enter a password and it then creates a self extracting file with .exe extension, that's all.
The best part is that it will create a self extracting archive(exe file) that can only be opened with the correct password. That means, the user need not install any software to open the files but he/she should know the correct password to open it.This is an excellent program that makes your life easier when you want to send some confidential and secret documents via email to your friend.
