Divshare is an online backup & collobaration service that offers unlimited storage space for free account. Registration is required and it takes only few seconds to create one.You can store almost all types of files (music, video, photos, documents, etc.) in one place.

Another Update: Divshare have stopped the service to the visitors from Asia because online advertising was weak in that region. The affected countries are: China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Mongolia.

Update:
As per the latest news letter from Divshare, Starting January 24, 2008, free accounts will receive 5 GB of storage space and 50 GB of downloads per month. But you can use Adive that offters 50GB storage space.

Your videos,photos,audio and documents, viewed without downloadFeature Overview:
  • You can upload up to five files at one go but overall size of the files is limited to 200MB.
  • Organize files into folders, move files between folders, rename folders/files, delete files, etc.
  • You can password protect your files(optional).
  • You can share files and folders via email,forum,link and also you an embed your videos, audio and slideshows on any web site or profile.
  • The good part is that you can view all types files (including pdf,video) in the browser itself as it converts all files into flash. But you can turn off flash conversion at any time.
  • Download stored files at any time as all the files remain forever in their server as per site info.

    Another one is Memopal (www.memopal.com): very interesting sharing tools and automatic backup. Really useful.
